     We're only a phone call away...636-232-2300Adolescent OutpatientC-STAR Day Treatment and Outpatient Counseling COMTREA's Suburban office provides outpatient treatment and day treatment planning, referral, recovery planning, after-care, individual and group counseling for alcohol and other drug abusing adults and their families. The C-STAR program utilizes the Global Assessment of Individual Needs (GAIN-I) to assess the consumer's level of substance use. In addition, the information acquired at the time of assessment is used to develolp and individualized treatment plan for the consumer and their family addressing mental, physical, behavioral and spiritual needs. The outpatient and day treatment programs provide various counseling and educational services to assist consumers and their families. The schedule of services allows clients flexibility to participate in their treatment program while continuing to address their daily responsibilities. Referral to the Athena C-STAR residential program may be facilitated by the outpatient staff if needed. |
